There was no line, I made a change to my reservation at the desk with no problem at all. The attendant was kind, knowledgeable and helpful! I would definitely use Alamo again and suggest to others to do so.

Pick up was easy. Adding another driver at different time was difficult. Car was not very clean abd headrest in back broken.

Staff at the location was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating.

I like when I signed for the vehicle I wanted, I only had to go to the slot of where the vehicle was parked, it was very easy and simple to be able to find the vehicle and just drive out, rather than just to line up again to wait until an attendant gets the vehicle for you after lining up to sign for the vehicle, which was approximately 35 mins wait.

When I filled out the online form it didn't go through on your end despite me getting an email saying it had and when I went to check in they didn't have my information. The U.S. 60 and i-10 in my area were both closed and the airport was the only location near me that was open in the morning. It took 2 hours for me to get the rental and get back home so I could put our stuff in and leave. The area to pull in to get the car was confusing and they all acted like I had to have a flight in order to get into the area to rent a car. I drove in because I couldn't find an entrance. I drove my car expecting that I would take the rental and my husband could drive back our car that was too small for our trip. After that there was a major accident on the 260 closing it down so I was 4 hours late to my appointment after everything that happened and it was too late and I was too tired to drive back and had to extend the time I was renting. That cost me an extra $200. As far as I'm concerned being charged the rate of $116 like I was the first day would make sense, but with everything that went wrong with just trying to get the rental and get to my destination charging me an extra $100 has made me never want to use budget ever again and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to use them. With all the time I wasted I could have slept in and just gone down the street when the rental company near me opened at 9. I'm still tired from dealing with all this stress and while all of it wasn't your fault there was a lot that was.

The van smelled like smoke that had been poorly covered up by a cleaning agent and it never went away. We had 3 young kids in the car and they complained every time we got in that it smelled. When we were picking up the van it took about 30 min to get the van. Also, there was another family behind us in line and they were also getting a van. We were talking to the girl at the counter when they brought 2 vans up but they let the other family choose their van first which is how we ended up with the van that smelled bad. Overall it was a poor experience and I wouldn't rent a car from Dollar again.

Terrible service, dirty vehicle, downgraded to a smaller suv than what we reserved, long wait times (over an hour), so many issues including forgetting to give us the remote key to our vehicle before we left.

We waited in line at the counter for 40 minutes & then waited to get the car itself in the garage. We didn’t get the car we paid for because it would have been a longer wait.
