The customer service was less then stellar. Upon arriving we tried to call the number to request a shuttle but the number on the reservation kept asking for a password. We asked someone who worked at the airport and they said try and catch the shuttle. We saw a van that had the name on it and ran over to find that they were full and that the next van should be there shortly. After 15 minutes another van showed up and the same issue it was full and so my husband and I had to split up just so we could get in. My husband came another 15- 20 minutes later about the time I was finishing with completing everything. The site should have everything that is needed up front upon booking instead of waiting until you get there to have to find and figure out items that are needed like the insurance card and the other passengers License to be added to the account. The car was very manual. Seats were uncomfortable but for the price it was doable to get us where we needed to go. The customer service upon returning was with very limited conversation. I asked if there were separate lines for returns and I was told stand over there. I asked again, are there separate lines for returns and was still instructed to stand over there. I went to stand over to the side and someone finally answered my question and said yes the line is for both returns and pick ups. When I got to the window the shuttle driver took our keys outside and bought them in but when I got to the window I was explaining that to them and they seemed to look like they did not know what I was talking about. It was a very frustrating process to the end of our vacation.
