I requested a car at the Litte Rock Airport but the site rented a vehicle off site. Created additional expenses and time delays on my travel.
Lady at the counter was rude. The people in front of me received a nasty dirty car and had to wait for another. I ended up leaving with no car after how rude the lady was
The Kayak website filter gave misleading information. I searched for a car at the Little Rock airport. When I got to Little Rock, I discovered that the car was at a remote location in North Little Rock, which I could not reach from the airport. I called the North Little Rock location and told them to cancel my reservation, but it was not cancelled. I would up for a $50 no-show fee. I won't rent a car through Kayak again.
