I was able to get a one way car rental last minute because my flight was cancelled. The line to get cars was very long and the price was pretty high. One of the tires wasn't fully inflated. The car worked well and the return was easy, so all in all it worked out.

+Having the choice to drive a relatively new 4 Runner was AMAZING! -The scent in the car was somewhat odd-almost a cover-up odor for a spill or something.

There needs to be more information on the website IN PLAIN VIEW about your rental process. It’s ridiculous how many people i had to call to confirm things just to still not have all the information i needed in order to actually get the car. How much the underage fee is & the fact if your younger than 25 you need a credit card, that having a onboarding ticket in order to even get a car, all that stuff needs to be known AHEAD OF TIME. Not in the fine print somewhere noticeable! And Your employees need to be less snappy & more helpful it seemed as if the first girl i to talked on the phone was really just trying to give me a hard time her name was Paulleta.

Budget in Charlotte rented me a car with Virginia plates that expired 3 months ago, missing Virginia safety inspection sticker, tail light out and check engine light on. Hands down the WORST rental experience I have EVER had. Had to "exchange" the car for a legal one. Budget canceled my original contract and issued me a new one for more than DOUBLE the cost of the original. 4 hours on the phone during my vacation and it looks like I will have to call back again. I will never rent with Budget or Avis ever again.
