Only one counter person and took 5 min per customer. Eventually a second counter person came and provided a QRC to make check in faster (don’t know why the first attendant do this) Finally got to the front and the online check in that I just completed was not in their system. Ugh
It took the staff at least 30 minutes to find a car that they deemed convenient to rent me. I made a reservation a couple days in advance for a one-way rental. They seemed surprised when I arrived right on time for may reservation and went through their entire inventory to find a car they were willing to give me for the one-way trip. It was very annoying and took entirely too long, especially since I had a reservation that specified it was a one-way rental.

Poor experience. I paid with my reservation using affirm and when I went to pick up they would not accept it as a form of payment since affirm doesn't have a physical card to show them. So I had to use a different card and now have to also pay affirm since there is no easy way to refund the transaction. The people at hertz acted as if they had no idea what affirm was even after calling their customer service line. Terrible experience between kayak and hertz

The Teamwork was very evident. This time I was traveling with my Mom who has mobility issues, the Hertz Team could not have been better. We will be back !

I picked up my rental just before the office closed. It was the only minivan on the lot and I needed a 7 passenger vehicle to pick up my family from the airport. Basically I felt stuck. I had to accept that car or no car. The car had a horrible cigarette/weed smell in it. I let the lady working know it smelled like cigarettes and I also wrote it on my inspection form before leaving with the vehicle. The smell is so bad, especially if being in the car any length of time. We cancelled our beach trip that we were going to use the car for because the smell was SO bad. We were not able to use this vehicle for our intended purpose and this experience has obviously been very disappointing, as we were looking forward to this trip for a long time. We made the reservation over a month ago.

We had to wait in line for over an hour to get the car. The car we rented was not available so we got a larger car, which we didn't really needed. The inside of the car was clean but the windows were still dirty.
Easy pick up, no line. Kylie, at Charlotte Airport Alamo counter was so nice, professional, and efficient. We were able to get our car quickly, and had no problems at all. Return was smooth and quick as well.

I had set up the “skip the line” pickup, only to find the kiosk wasn’t working on my arrival. I’d recommend calling ahead to check. Car cleanliness was mediocre; I rented a minivan, and found crackers under the seats and juice box residue on the interior from a previous renter’s kids. My biggest recommendation is to CHECK YOUR RECEIPT! I had filled the gas tank past the “full” line, yet found a charge for 3 gallons at $4.62 a gallon. I called to complain, and they immediately refunded the charge. Overall a mediocre experience.
They wouldn’t allow me to rent a car and were totally unreasonable about it

We had a vehicle fail and needed a rental car to get home. We made a reservation over the phone and then paid for an Uber to the location. When we arrived, Enterprise refused to rent a vehicle to us because we couldn't return it to their location. They suggested we go to the airport 30 miles away. We made the reservation through Kayak. After another very expensive Uber ride to the airport, we were told there were no vehicles available since we couldn't return them to the airport (despite the reservation). Enterprise clearly doesn't care about their customers.

I could not get my rental because I booked it for them to pick me up. I called Enterprise to confirm this and was told it was good to go... and then when I hadn't heard from anyone after the scheduled pickup time I called. I was told by the location that they do not do pickups on weekends. So I was left stranded and was not offered any alternatives or compensation for my inconvenience.

Car was stripped down, auto transmission and AC, that's it. No GPS, radio, compass, or USB port to charge a cell phone. There was a charging port in the car labeled USB, but it didn't fit any of the 4 or 5 different USB plugs I am familiar with. A non-standard plug of some kind. Not worth the 100.00 dollars a day I paid.
I had a pick up scheduled at 2pm. But the rental place closed at 2. When I showed up the place was closed and I couldn’t get my rental. Terrible experience.

First They overbooked I had to wait for a rental car to come in Some one did arrive 30 minutes later Other people left Finally got paperwork done but The rental person Did Not come out with me to review car He told me just to take pictures I did The car was clean but had small scratches all over car and on passenger side had hit white markers which when I turned in marker on paper that All those scratches and marks were already there The car was ok and not was I asked for but ok Service needs to be addressed When I turned in car one person outside told me one thing and inside person told me another thing They need to get act together My son commented I should have gone to a regular rental because they weren’t professional Also I was charged extra items which later thought I didn’t need $70 more plus rental but it’s over

Like: The low price/day for the vehicle before adding CDW, Toll Pass, etc. Dislike: Lengthy wait time to rent vehicle (over 30 min). Lack of staff available to perform multiple tasks at once (only 1 staff was at check-in for majority of the time we were there). More than one person complained about the wait time including a women who had waited 40min at shuttle pickup point at airport. Long wait time for shuttle from airport to off-site location (15-20min). There was no information provided to contact shuttle or location to alert them to passengers needing pickup. Lack of explanation of required items, such as declaration page for rental auto insurance.

Overall a very good experience, nice car, great shuttle service. However, I felt I was sold services i didn’t actually need, such as the toll payment. There aren’t that many toll highways in that area, so it would have been nice if the person there would have pointed out where toll highways are. I could have made a better decision. I realize their job is to sell, but people at other car rentals I’ve used have helped in that way. Though that part was disappointing, the rest was a good experience, so I will use Easirent there again.

The phone number they gave for the shuttle didn’t work. It rang and went to voicemail for 20 minutes. I finally called corporate office and they contacted the office. When I got to the office they wanted me to purchase sunpass even though there were no tolls where I was. Lots of people in the office but when you walked in no one helped.
