We waited 2 hours to pickup our vehicle. There were plenty of cars, but this was the worst managed car rental location I have ever dealt with. Wildly understaffed and the manager did nothing to resolve the crisis. Will never rent with Budget again.

When renting the car we were told that if we prepaid for gas, we would not be charged if we drove less than 75 miles. Upon returning the car we were told that there was a minimum $16.99 charge for gas if we didn't have a receipt. We drove under 40 miles. They were not honest with us.

Cons:We WAITED 2 HOURS IN LINE BEFORE WE COULD PICK UP OUR RESERVATION. Absolutely a nightmare!!!

Couldn't get into lot to pick up car (wasted 20+ mins). Filthy car (dirt on dash, dog hair, soda stains). Poor maintenance ( crappy wipers,, tires bot inflated properly and expired tags)
