Van was brought up, left for 6 miles, then low tire light came on, went back, swapped stuff to another van. Sienna was learning curve. Had an emergency, at home. returned car to DTW lot used 6 of the 9 days. Got no receipt from accepting agent. Got home to my wife in hospital and found a receipt from Thrifty charging $198 for AP conc fee which I told them was already in the previous contract. Called 3 times, Thrifty refused to reverse. Even when i said they had 3 days rental revenue to use the van. Didn't want credit for the days, just not to pay twice for airport fee.

The staff there was nice and very easy to work with.
Turned my car in Yesterday. They said my bill would come in an email. STILL STANDING BY WAITING ON THE EMAIL.
Car was comfortable, staff was helpful. The car was not fully clean - spots on the gearshift (dried ketchup?). And some dirt elsewhere. But the biggest issue was a faulty windshield wiper on the driver's side. It left a big streak right in my line of vision. I thought maybe something was stuck underneath it, but when I checked it out closely, it was just falling apart. Clearly this was skipped maintenance. Disappointing, and with all the rain we had, this was a safety issue. I was NOT pleased. Lastly, signage at return at MSP as poor and unclear. And lack of staff meant there was nobody there to tell about this safety issue.
