For being a 2022 the car had a loud humming noise the whole time I was driving it. It sounded like a snowmobile. Not the best cars I’ve had to rent. Definitely will not get a Subaru next time.
Ford Escape was dirty in and out. USB port in console did not work.
agent was friendly and helpful. Car was clean
For the last two rentals with Budget, I got incredible vehicle upgrades but did not have to pay extra for the upgrades (I pre-paid for my trip). The agent who assisted me this trip was very courteous and timely with his assistance. Very smooth, in-and-out process.
