Positive: The rental process itself was easy and fast. In 10 minutes you are able to have a car. With the booking process that can be done on internet makes everything super easy for everyone. Negative: client service was awful. The person that was attending us was disrespectfulll to us, treating us like if we were stupid. It was a very bad experience. Thanks God the rental process was fast and we didn't have to spend time with him.

Overall great staff and service. The car was an older model with high mileage but worked great. The car was not cleaned as well as Avis next door. Also, the contract review was only on the sales associates handheld phone with verbal representation of what it said. My electric copy was only in Spanish which I can’t read. ONE WARNING: Enterprise no longer fills up the tank with gas. You are expected to bring it back at the same level you picked it up with which is nearly impossible. In my case, the tank was empty so I immediately had to put 70€ into the tank before I could go anywhere. This is a very negative policy change for customers. RENTER BEWARE.

Enterprise did not keep my reservation, so I had to take the bus instead. Very frustrating experience. Staff was very friendly—just nothing they could do because the location had no more cars.
