So, I am the one doing all the bookings and organization of travel plans. As my husband is not computer literate and less inclined to do such things. So I put in my name as the driver and paid for it on the credit card. I figured when we got there he could be the primary driver and everything could go on his credit card as he has the insurance coverage etc.. We are told we cannot do this and I have to be the primary driver because that is what I filled in. This has never happened to us before. I always book the stuff and when we check in he is the primary driver. The clerk said this is not the case with DOLLAR, I said there was no info informing me of this process. So in the end we had to pay extra to have him as a primary driver! this is such a money grab and I am not all happy with this transaction that was added on later and we still had to add it to my credit card! NOT HIS!
