Cons:Easy and convenient
Car start with problems in the border with Canada. I called roadside assistance. Start a claim, call get disconnected. I've to go all the way back to USA the closest location for a rental exchange. They said nothing was on file. I tried to call roadside again. No luck. I've to cameback to my city. For my good luck nothing else happened
The check in line for dollar was much shorter and moved quicker than the budget line so that was nice. But then we were sent to a spot with no car, then directed to a car with no keys, third car had a dead battery. Fourth car brought up for us by a very friendly hertz employee. Checkout was easy. I left the car. No one was around. I assume I left it in the right spot.
Great car friendly efficient staff
The lady on the pick up counter was misleading and I ended up paying more money while renting in the name of vehicle upgrade, However I got the same vehicle which I rented online. At the end they just want to milk us.
