Not being lied to when picked up car told them I needed to put a interlock on it They said ok State Farm is paying the bill it didn’t show yet I put card on it 30 days later I call to e stand again was told they need car return check it in paid never again

Not everything is up front as in reference to all the additional fess and charges. It is in the "Very Fine Print" FEES on top of other fees. I was told if I was to be late they would only charge me a "Pro-Rated" hourly fee... NOPE... 2 hours late, was charged for entire days rental fee? Sad way of doing business... Deception in business today is everywhere. I blame myself for being subjected to these horrible and greedy business practices. Slick marketing bandits... Fees are pure extra profit. PERIOD! I'll never do Dollar Rent-A-Car again.

I booked the rental on Kayak, was charged for the optional insurance, and then 10min later the rental car company called to say they had no cars available. I was not refunded for the optional car insurance coverage from Allianz.
