I booked the car in italy. I took videos of the car prior to driving it out of the lot to protect myself. Surely enough, they are charging me 160 euros for “new cosmetic damages “. Not true! The damages are clearly seen on my video and pictures. They are a scam. I’m fighting the case hoping they don’t unfairly take my money. Dont book with them or the main company, Hertz.

Awful!! We didn’t get the car. You need to have international license. Why nobody informed us about that when we booked a car??? Worse experience ever!
