I consider it almost a scam. The rental agency is not located at the same place as other rental agencies. Instead you have to take the bus to the other rental agencies from the airport, and from there take another bus to this offsite location. Once there it seems we where not the only customers who had not realized the pickup was far from the airport. Once at the agency we waited 50 minutes from arriving until we where able get our car.

Great customer service! Little bit of a wait, but much better than a prevous wait time in another state. Friendly shuttle staff. Overall, good experience.
