I don’t know how you even have this supposed to be rental place because I can’t even call it company on your website. I prepaid for my rental car and when I got there they didn’t have any cars available and the employee were smoking pot outside off the building if you can call a very small office on the side of a hotel and that’s were they supposedly rent cars from a hotel parking lot so I had to go rent from a different car rental place and when I called to get my refund from Expedia they told them that I didn’t show up for the rental and that they were not going to refund my money.

When we got to the airport , we asked 6 workers to help direct us in the right direction and no one could help us find where to go to get shuttle. It took us an hour to get to Easirent.

Total scam. Stay away. My rental price doubled from what I booked online. They stick a bunch of bullshit fees on that are non negotiable. I ended up walking away from them. Not sure how they’re in business. Total racket, incredibly poor customer service.

This was not an onsite pickup at DFW. I had to take two shuttles to get there. The car was not cleaned well. They added a bunch of charges once I got there so it was not a cheap rental. One of the tires had a slow leak that I had to fill daily. The only easy thing was the return. I will Never rent from this company again.
