I made an online reservation, and paid what I thought was going to be all the fees. It was more than what was estimated on kayak. I didn’t mind that much though, I expected to spend a few hundred. When I actually got to the rental booth to pick up the car, they tacked on so many extra fees, that the price of the rental doubled. Initially, I was only going to pay around $380. After all the fees, I ended up playing closer to $600. Very dissatisfied, and when I return the car, the representative didn’t speak English, and would basically try to guess at what I was saying and make nonsensical answers since she didn’t understand what I was actually asking. I am very dissatisfied with them, and I would never rent from them again.
Staff was super friendly pick up and drop off were easy. I was charged for a fuel refill because I forgot to refill ahead of drop off (not great) but it was $8/gallon instead of $10/gallon, which I’ve been quoted by other companies, still it added over $60 to my bill which was a bummer, but at the same time my fault for not filling up. C’est la vie!
Didn't like the fact that I arrived early and there wasn't any of the type car available that I had reserved. I had to take an upgrade @ additional charge or wait 3 hours for another car.
Nice car. Wait was way too long. Clerk could not print out a contract in office. I was not given or emailed a final price confirming the gas tank was full and car was in good condition.
Very helpful and friendly staff at drop off and pickup.
