The only thing I liked was I was able to get a car. Everything could have been better. The car I got needed new windshield wipers. I replaced that myself. The car ran like it was 10 years old. The car had a bad smell.

People where you pick up the car were very efficient and friendly. The counter where you sign the contract not so.

They charged for gas when the car was filled up less than 2 miles from the airport. Now time will be wasted (by me) to contact them to ask for the return of money that shouldn't have been charged.

I got a flat tire on the vehicle, but their roadside assistance was super helpful. And their service representative at the airport, Keith, was very friendly and responsive as well. So despite that small glitch, it was a good vehicle and excellent service.
