There is nothing to like about Fox Rental. Why do you have a rental car service and you can’t travel with the car? Booked an suv to take my daughter back to college in New York. Upon the check in, the agent asked where was I traveling to and proceeded to tell me the cars had geographical restrictions and could not go to New York. Beware of this!!!!!

We stood in line for close to 20-30 minutes while some guy talked on the phone in front of the desk clerk. I went to the counter and asked if the guy could just step aside for a minute to allow us to pick up our car and the guy on the phone and the counter clerk acted like they didn't hear me. We went over to pay-less to rent a car and by the time we had our car the guy was till talking on the phone on and your counter clerk was just standing there. sheesh. Never again will I use Fox.

The only thing I liked was I was able to get a car. Everything could have been better. The car I got needed new windshield wipers. I replaced that myself. The car ran like it was 10 years old. The car had a bad smell.
