I never took the car. They refuse to cancel my booking. How can I pay for a car that I never sign for or receive any keys for. FOX Rental are thieves . Please do not rent from them.

Goood people but offsite location and no overnight shuttle 12-4am meant night at airport and early car return. Way too expensive 150 dollars for just a few hrs. With all the add ons.

The shuttle wait for the shuttle was extremely long. The staff member that took my information for the reservation was rude and made me feel very rushed. I will not rent a car from them again

The car promised should have been provided. We booked a Mercedes C class or similar luxury vehicle. It was a scam. The location had no luxury cars. They only had Hyundai cars.
