Without doubt the worst car hire company I’ve ever dealt with. Ignorant people who plainly set out to take money from me. Lied about condition of the vehicle! Would not check the car over with me when I pointed there was a lot more damage than they said, including damage to a wheel. And on returning the car they tried to blame me for the very same wheel being damaged and now there was a blister on that tyre. Considering they service an international airport there hours don’t suit everyone and you will need to return the car to suit their schedule which means booking a hotel at Glasgow airport if you have an early flight next day. But from start to finish it was terrible. To the point I’d use public transport before I’d use them again. Now I need to deal with them not stealing money from my credit card as I refused to sign their paperwork admitting I damaged their car. Even though I have pictures to back me up. So beyond not happy.

Got a feeling we got tricked into a forced upgrade that was more expensive than going with a larger provider. Take photos of the car as they will try and charge for the smallest scratch. Some staff were very nice.

The young woman [from London but temporarily sent to Glasgow] was the best car rental agent I have met anywhere ever. Thorough knowledgeable and helpful

If this really mattered someone would call me. Scott Thiessen 206 686-7474. Covid -19 caused me to cancel. Icelandic air canceled my into Scotland. I notified Green Motion and Car Rentals .com ahead of time and tried to contact kayak and Expedia by phone and website to no avail—please credit my money back because I canceled and never used a car
