Checkin was great, very helpful. Checkout they were mostly just concerned with what additional money could be made from perceived dings on the car. Be sure to take pictures when you first get it.

Friendly staff, ok vehicle (the lane correcting system was very annoying), but most annoying was the fact that I couldn’t get a refund when turning in the vehicle about 4 days early. We didn’t realize that staying in London would make having a car extremely expensive, so we decided to turn it in and use the public transportation. It would be really nice if we were reimbursed for the days we haven’t used.

Last minute charges on pick up. Atleast 15£-25£ a day additional insurance charges at desk and if u dont want this option you can’t get your money back. So you have no other choice but to pay. I rented for 200£ online but had 250£ extra on pick up

I had to get car insurance since we were from out of the country and the sales pitch was a hard sell and very expensive. Ended up bundling the insurance with an upgrade, unlimited mileage and a Navigation system which lessened the pain but overall it was an expensive rental. Distance between car pick up /drop off and the bus pick up was excessive. If you have mobility issues this maybe a concern. The car was almost new and we had zero issues with it.

Big mistake to rent from this company! Got to heathrow airport at 22:00 to find out their shuttle bus stop service at 21:30 , no one picks up the phone and you get an email for the customer to check in to confirm eligibility to rent a car like you applying for a job in her majesty’s government !! The dumbest thing I ever heard ! So no car and they got paid
