They tried to use scare tactics to up sale insurance while I already purchased it online while booking online. I showed them that I already have insurance coverage and they said it meant nothing to them because it wasn’t purchased through them. I told them I will call the the company to ask for the reason then he changed his tone and said I didn’t need to get that insurance because the credit card I used to booked already giving me the coverage. I told him if he already knew that my credit card already providing coverage then why tried to sale the extra insurance!! Beware of their scams!!!
