Pros:Staff was great - super helpful both at drop off and pick up.
Cons:Website has incorrect info on pick up area at PHL and when you call the info number, there is no way to get a person.

Wow - What a phenomenal experience with Sixt!! Awesome. My requested car was not available, a Mercedes, so I was upgraded to a BMV SUV. No questions, No hassle. Everyone was friendly, the staff displayed the desire to be working there, smiles on everyone including the security guard. Easy shuttle from the Philly airport and easy return. This was one of if not the BEST rental car experience I have ever had on both coast and places in between. Thank you all!! Kevin, Peachtree City, GA
I was charged an additional driver fee for my husband to drive the vehicle although we are on the same insurance policy and same household. This is not a typical fee and I remember there was a lawsuit regarding these types of fees with the other large rental agencies a few years back.
Pros:Nothing. We arrived at 10:40 PM only to find out that they closed at 8:00 PM - something that we had not been told ahead of time. AND, WE PREPAID! What a ripoff! I doubt that I will ever use Kayak or SixT again. Had it not been for another helpful rental car company, we would have been stranded and missed the event that we flew in for.
