What you said is what it was I hiddensuprises . Flight was 2 hours late and they waited for me
Wait time 1 hour to check in, car quoted was not available, price quoted doubled. Will never rent from Thrifty again.
Horrible experience. No cars available, waited hours in a hot parking lot for them to eventually bring one around.
Vehicle selection was not good. When we arrived Thrifty only had two cars in our class that were available and they were both the same make, model and condition.
