Convertible Car Hire in Miami, Florida

It is impossible to rent a car between 1am and 5am. The location it's closed. Information on Kaya that allowed me to rent a car at night was false. I had to spent the night in the airport. The morning after the guy at Sixt kiosk was nice enough to let me keep the car (1 hour not showing up rule was not applied), and also upgraded my car.

Car was normal equipment. Not hybrid only one to choose....

I booked my vehicle pick up for Ft Lauderdale airport My reservation was switched the Miami airport Without my knowledge No one would accommodate or help us I had to pay for a Uber to get to Miami airport to pick up our vehicle

Only thing i liked is that there was a guy who spoke spanish. Dislike: extra charge, no reservation at all. No cars available, more than 1 hr of waiting for a car, not for the car we reserved, etc

I rent 8 seats car, but they have no in stock when I go for pickup, not give me any solutions at the store, also customer service not solve the situation. I pay uber to pick up the car, and finally I have to pay uber again to go back to hotel without any car of enterprise. They ruined our family holidays.

It had hidden cost

All was pleasant and smooth. No long lines like Hertz and Avis.

Night before Thanksgiving, was to drive to family for Holiday. Personal car broke down. I rented online via Kayak and they wouldn't deliver a car until a 4 hour wait period. Then they told me that my license was unreadable (one digit was wearing thin, I have an image of the license and also DMV can verify, they wouldn't hear of it). My guess is they were looking for a reason to not rent me a car for such a low rate as I obtained on internet. I ended up walking up to Enterprise counter and renting directly. I'll never use these little companies again.

Couldn’t of been any better

Waited 1.5 hours in line for the Hertz counter at the Miami airport. Absolutely ridiculous after a long day of flying. Never again with Hertz.

Fast. Easy. Affordable.

Asked car was not there. Received car was overdue for maintenance more than 1 month.

Avis made it easy to get in a car and on our way quickly with no games and no hidden fees.

Made a reservation, showed up, no cars. People waiting hours. Called another location. Made another reservation. Got a call from them while in the taxi on the way there: no cars at that location either, canceling our reservation. Went with Alamo instead.

The staff at this location are excellent

I waited 2.5 hours for a car in a room without enough seats. Awful experience.

Truly unbelievable experience. Naive of me to think scams like this don’t exist in America. “No hidden fees” but when you go to pick up the vehicle there’s loads of hidden fees. If you want to use your own insurance, they charge you $20 per day, then a $2500 deposit on top of that strictly because you want your own insurance. Attempt to make that payment, they do not accept American Express. They don’t accept debit. They don’t accept cash or check. Don’t have a $2500 line of credit available on your card? You’re not allowed to split the $2500 deposit on 2 cards, only 1 card full payment accepted. Want their insurance? $500 for 6 days plus an additional $500 deposit. I paid for a car seat, get there and they don’t have car seats, had to go to target and buy a car seat. They didn’t have the size vehicle we rented so we got downsized. When I asked about money back for the downsize, they said they would need to book a new rental, and the rates of the smaller vehicle are HIGHER than what we already have booked because of the timing. Incredible, unethical, infuriating. By the end of the week, the final charge for my my $21 per day car rental cost me $63 per day after all the hidden fees. Never again in my life. Great learning experience, just go work someone trustworthy and reputable.

Price was misleading. Site did not specify sunpass and liability insurance had to be applied. Waited outside in the heat in long line up for service for a long time. Car was nice and very clean. Would not rent or recommend this place again.

Paid them and when I got there it was a $1,000 deposit. They kept my money too and I didn’t get a car. You probably don’t want me to review this company. Nothing but bad to say.
