I did not agree to the prepaid gas and saw it on my rental agreement so I told the associate and he said oh don’t worry if you bring it back filled they don’t charge you . Well I brought it back filled and now they want a receipt sent to corporate of the full amount and will review the case . And of course you can’t speak to a human on the phone to rectify issue . Just be careful .

I pre booked my car but upon arrival the Credit card machine wouldn’t read my card for the deposit. The person at the desk wasn’t willing to be helpful. So I went to Avis and rented because that person was able to be helpful.
Contract start 100, returning the car charge 450. For 1 day is doesn’t make sense

The car was great, the people were friendly and efficient. I felt there was a little bit of deception involved with me not being able to pick up or drop off at the local airport. They informed me there was a $150 tax in order to do that, I made it work with an Uber ride other than that everything was great

We had several issues. They try to upswell you when you get there. They told us the car we had rented had only enough room for two bags. Online it said it fit 5 bags. Then they said for $400 more for 10 days we could get the car that fit our luggage. We refused and said we would keep our original premium rental. We went to garage and they gave us a tiny sports car for 5 people. We made it work to save the extra money but it was very uncomfortable. We will not rent there again.
I did not rent the car because there was only one person at the counter and ten people in line. I Ubered to my destination. You will continue to lose money to Uber if you understaff the counter.

I was very pleased with the unexpected SIGNIFICANT upgrade -- I originally had booked a convertible, expecting just a Mustang convertible, so you can only imagine how happy I was when I arrived at the counter and was upgraded to a relatively brand new BMW Z4 at the same rate! Even better, with the original reservation, I would have had to return the car the next day by 7:30PM to the Orlando Airport and be charged two days' rate (my pick up was at 5PM Saturday, needing to return by 7:30PM Sunday and otherwise see a MASSIVE rate hike from ~$150 to ~$600). However, because of the change in vehicles, I could return it on Monday by 5PM for the original rate of ~$150 at the hotel I was staying in, saving me a LOT of hassle. I imagine Sixt may have lost some money with my reservation, but a great experience from start to finish.for me!

It was such a pleasure walking into the Rent-A-Car company, and immediately accosted with a beautiful smile and offer of coffee or drinks. What a pleasant experience.!! Everyone was delightful. It's the little things that make people want to return to a business offering a service. I was unable to use your services when I landed because of some voucher issue. Had to come out of the pocket on the spot instead of going with the prepaid method. Really big inconvenience coming up with 600+ dollars on the spot for a week long rental.

The car smelt of stale smoke but was clean. On return, I askled if anything needed to be signed and I was told no. I was then surprised to find the paperwork with my name on it but not my signature.

The windshield was extremely dirty and both side mirrors dirty. Nobody takes the time to explain any of the vehicle features . Remember not All vehicles are not the same. Your office at the drop off on Marco island was excellent. The Orlando airport pickup location needs to be reminded of these things.

They charged me for being 3 days late because they had my name associated with another customers vehicle. Have a case in to resolve. I have rented from Avis 3 times this year. I have had issues 2 of those times. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

First, the rental was not ready, we had to wait about an hour to get a car. Second, they overcharged for an extra day after we dropped off the car in time. Although the time they entered as starting time was not the time we left with the rental. They stamped the time at 11:47pm but didn’t get the car until pass 12:30 am. So we had to go the office to get the 2nd day charge removed. Third, they now said the is a crack in the windshield, after 48 hours that we return the car.
Be prepared to end up paying the double of the original price

I'm glad we arrived early. The car needed to be cleaned so we had to wait 20min before it was ready. We did take possession of the rental on time. Just get there early to get paperwork done and to allow time to prep the car. The car was clean and had a full tank of gas which was appreciated.

Arrived at airport, no one at Payless counter. Avis was handling Payless rentals. About a 2-3 hour wait to get car as lines were extremely long. Completely unacceptable as we had to be somewhere for a job, so we were never able to pick up our rental.
