The car was a bit dirty outside on pick up. Friendly pick up staff. Macaulay and Luis were very nice. Not an easy return. No one to receive your car in the lot. If associates have customers , one has to wait. No drop off box.

I never rented from Sixt before and was apprehensive, especially reading some of the bad reviews. I must say, however, that my experience at the 4332 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach location was nothing but very positive. Maybe it was just good luck that when I arrived on a Monday morning at 11am there was nobody there and I was able to go right to the counter and talk to a representative. There were 4 counters staffed by 3 people. The rental transaction went smoothly, no pressure or upselling, and I was out and on my way shortly with the intermediate car I reserved. When I returned it one week later, also on a Monday about 11am, there was a line of people waiting to see a representative but I was able to just walk up to someone at the counter and return the key no problem. I received email confirmation a bit later. The location is across the street from a Miami Beach Trolley stop so getting there and leaving is easy. I don't usually write reviews but feel this Sixt location deserves credit for efficiently handling my rental and on that basis can recommend it.

Car I ordered wasnt available. Car I got was not what I wanted and while the inside was clean, it needed to be washed on the exterior- this site doesnt have the facilities for that. Took forever to return and finally after I said something, i was told I could turn in the keys and they would take care of it later- which they did.

The car had a warning light on saying “maintenance required. Return to depart”. Not ideal when hiring a car. It didn’t feel right either. When I mentioned it in return to Budget, the Budget man was very dismissive. Not impressed with service.

Avis canceled my reservation and didn’t have a vehicle for me. Priceline and Kayak still had the reservation as active but Avis wouldn’t honor it. There were no cars in all of Miami so I had to Uber 40 minutes to Fort Lauderdale to get a car just to turn back around and drive to Key West. No one at Priceline or Avis was helpful and Kayak is closed on Sunday. Highly do not recommend booking a car through a third party.

Le pick up était à la mauvaise adresse malgré un appel de confirmation la veille. Nous avons perdu 1 heure. Sinon nous avons été surclassé et tout était OK. Un bémol sur le réservoir qui avait un niveau bas. Obligé de faire le plein rapidement.

They did not have a car for me at all! Never experienced such a bad service. Had booked the car 2 months ago and was told at planned pick up that they did not have a car. Not early heads up. Most terrible serves ever!

Did not realize tax was not included in the online price when I booked. I ended up spending an additional $99 upon arrival. It was still much cheaper than the other places that were closer to my home. Nice friendly customer service made it better to accept.

It was awful!! NEVER recommend this agency. We arrived by 8:00 am as per the agreement. They were not open on time. They then declared THEY HAD NO CAR! They never said they were sorry, helped to find a solution or empathized. The associate and the manager just “walked away” I have never had such a horrible example of customer service.

They could have worked on finding another vehicle for us. We were on time constraints and needed to leave that morning. We arranged everything in advance so as not to have issues. The nearest agency was a cab ride away. They were helpful, efficient, polite, respectful and pleasant!! Unfortunately we had to pay THREE times the price!
