Getting my boarding pass was beyond annoying. No point getting to the airport early because unlike every other carrier who has people at their respective desks all day Alaska only has them at certain times. I arrived at the airport well before my flight to get through tsa and find my gate only to wait 3 hours to check my bag and get my boarding pass. Any other airline I would’ve been in and through tsa at my gate way sooner.

Alaska Airlines did very well w/ a totally full flight. I'd readily fly with you again, especially in comparison w/ several other airline experiences (late, not real positive crew or support staff,etc.) which shall stay unnamed. Something I would love, which airlines used to do long ago, would be a map or way to track the course and progress of the flight. I'd love to know what I was flying over, and be able to ID some landscape/landmarks.

Ground staff was great, bag drop off, boarding pass, security check was all quick and easy. Flight arrived on time with all checked bags and was comfortable and smooth.
