We didn't get our seats that we booked and ended up sat separately not happy at all we both like isle seats and near the back for toilet hubby was in a window seat he hated it .

Booked and paid for extra legroom seats, but supposedly there was a plane change, and the seats we had, were near an exit, but weren’t extra leg room. Boarding was a farce as door wouldn't open from the pen, I mean gate holding the priority boarding people, so everyone else boarded too 🤷🏻‍♂️ Steps / stair to the front door on the plane wouldn’t lock in to position, so they had to find a pair of stairs for the front, so we could start boarding (late of course)

The flight departed slightly ahead of schedule and arrived well ahead of schedule (a flight time of 3 hours and 40 to Gran Canaria minutes is very good). The ground crew and flight crew were excellent. The price was competitive too. Overall, I was very happy with this flight. We hit a few pockets of turbulence but that wasn't Ryanair's fault.

I had one ticket, 3 changes, and paid 3 times for one bag, even though it was an airline.
