The flight was delayed due to a mechanical failure first and then because of the crew. The information was poor and the compensation miserable and impossible to use.

I never got a check in confirmation for my first flight so I missed. Only to learn that my 2nd 5days later was cancelled because I missed the first flight. I had to spend $1400 to avoid being stranded in Costa Rica. I will never book Copa Airlines. It seems like a scam!!!

We were extremely disappointed there was no entertainment screen except priority seats.for a seven hours flight you would expect something basic as a screen, especially for children,
