Everything was good except the constantly changing departure time.

My flight kept being delayed until I finally had to let the airport find me another flight that had a connection in North Carolina and arrived much much later than the original time. Also, I had to pay to check my luggage twice. Now I have to ask them for a refund and figure out if my returning flight will even take off.

I missed this flight because the airlines delayed it by several hours and did not respond to attempts to reach customer service — we arrived prior to the flight but the check-in agent let us know that it was delayed, and only upon getting to the actual gate did we find out the flight had already left. Basically no one knew what was going on until we were literally already at the gate and no one was able to provide any clarity or resolution

We got both of our flights cancelled, the way there and the way back. While they did make effort to get us to our destination…they rebooked us to go out of another airport on another air line and had to take 50$ cab no reimbursement. The way back they couldn’t rebook us til the next night or through another airline. We were not provided enough reimbursement to cover our hotel and rental car to make it home. Call it bad luck, but everything could’ve been better.

It was cancelled after being delayed for 4 hours. Getting a refund has been incredibly difficult and should be automatic.
