They have extra fees and limitations that is not immediately mentioned when making the reservation. They will let you know once you arrive at the location and it was a waste of time. I ended up going to a Hertz outside the airport area and paid the same amount I was suppose to pay here without the hidden fees and limitations.

They told me I didn’t have insurance even thought I showed them proof I had my own. They charged me an underage fee for 4 days and I was 25 years old for one of the days due to my birthday, they told me the one day charge would be taken off but it never did. I will never use ace rent a car again.

Slow, inefficient and took almost 90’ to pick up the car, with only 5 or 6 people ahead of me and 5 agents working. Also did not get the car I asked for and instead was given one with poor gas mileage that cost $100 to fill up. I will not use this company again.

There was no direct shuttle from the airport. We had to take an extra bus to the offsite parking area then received a final ride to the rental lot. The staff were reasonably friendly, but the van we rented was completely dirty. The exterior needed a wash, and the interior had not been cleaned at all - there was chocolate on all of the seats and chips and other crumbs on the floor of the van. We didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes in line waiting for the clerk, so we cleaned the van and drove it. It did drive well, thankfully. We will not rent again from ACE.

Ease drop off and shuttle to the airport. The line to get a car was pretty long and slow. Give yourself at least an hour for that process.
