Pros:Yes to staff. Size of LAX means that you use GPS and signs to return car. Got a car with only 1000 miles.

Stood in line for almost 2 HOURS waiting to pick up the car. Employees were in no hurry and happy to take frequent breaks. I thought I was mistakenly at the DMV.

Took more than 3 hours in line to pick up the car. the processing was extremely slow, lines too long. Got a Van that had the license plate number wrong on the key chain provided than the real license plate number ( which made it harder to pay toll online as the license plate did not match). The brakes of the car were terrible, wipers totally gone bad, and the list goes on. Return experience was fine, unlikely to rent from thrifty ever again...
