Receipt never provided, No car in spot I was sent to and needed to return to counter
Even though we reserved a car online, when we went to pick it up we were turned away because they were running low on vehicles. This was after taking a shuttle from the airport at around 12AM with two kids in tow.
Rental was suppose to be one way and it wasn't. Had to figure out how to cancel which was a pain in the arse. Called priceline finally canceled, funds still not refunded back to my credit card.
Pick up line was over 100 people long!
The sales person was very friendly. The car wreaked of smoke and there was gum on my daughter’s seat belt.
