Everything was good.
The car was well used but operated fine.
The counter experience was great. Fast and efficient (well staffed). When I went to actually get the car there was a person, Chris, who was to assign the vehicle. He was on the phone and never actually spoke with me. He pointed to the car and pointed to where I was to go. Pretty rude and unprofessional, in my opinion.
Difficult at the airport to find where car pickup location was when so much of the parking garage (and the signs outside) seemed dedicated to car returns.
Horrible customer service and the worst process to get a car and receipt on return
