We reserved a car to be picked up a 5:00 pm and when we arrived, the Dollar counter was dark and closed. Word was they ran out of cars.

The signage in the lot is pretty poor. And we just had to figure out that hertz was servicing us because they didn't have anyone working the dollar counter.

Pickup was extremely cumbersome. There was only one person working the desk for Dollar and Thrifty, and she was extremely slow with no sense of urgency. I waited just over 20 minutes for her to check out the customer ahead of me, and then it took 20 minutes to get my car. I was lucky, because after I got in line about 15 people showed up. Some of them may still be in line!
