Our experience was terrible. We booked online, and when we arrived we were told that their was no car available. No excuse, no alternative proposed nothing and left us at 10pm with no option than to take an hotel room at our costs and find by ourselves a different option. Disaster.

The car was dirty, and had cigarette burns on the inside. The car was also delivered with a half tank of gas. Additionally, we were charged 100 dollars more than quoted.
