Booking through kayak is a waste of time. I went there to get my car they said they didn’t have my reservation I told them I paid for insurance with kayak and they told me that third parties insurances don’t actually work and that I should get a refund from kayak The car was more expensive then listed on kayak by an extra $100 and the car was dirty when they brought it to me. Chips everywhere
Staff were so friendly and helpful both at the pick up and the dropoff of the rental. It was all very smooth. I would highly recommend Enterprise and will definitely use them again. Thanks especially to the lovely man that rented us the car!
