The car had a terrible smell and was filthy. When we brought our concern to the staff they laughed and said “you’ll fit in with the locals”. It was very scratched, and one of the doors the bolt was loose and looked like it may come apart at any moment. Would not recommend renting from them.

Very rude and disappointing customer service. I was informed that I would be charged an additional $200 to drop off the rental at the San Diego location. This fee was not clearly disclosed when I made the reservation, and I was very surprised to learn about it afterward. Because of this unexpected charge, I decided to cancel the rental and book with Enterprise instead, where there was no additional drop-off fee. I do not believe this was handled honestly or transparently. Any additional fees should be clearly disclosed at the time of booking, not presented as an unexpected charge afterward. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the company, and I would not recommend it based on how this situation was handled.

There were additional drop off fees that were not disclosed of over $200 when I booked. Then I arrived at the airport to find it.

The pick up was awful. There were 3 people working the counter and in 40 minutes they processed ONE person, COMBINED. I had to walk away from my prepaid rental and spent $150 on Uber. Never rent here, get rentals from anywhere else and you'll be better off.

We were informed the rate we got was a rate for foreigners, and not for Danish citizens. Our rental was cancelled and we were left without any car.
