The staff were extremely rude upon returning the car. I arrived an hour late and they charged me 62 euros when I paid less than 200 euros for the whole week. They were not willing to rational with me and they took advantage of me being a tourist in their country. I was very disappointed and the way they handled the car drop off was very poor. I am still waiting for my 900 euro block on my card to be released. Kindly make sure it’s released to my card as soon as possible.
