It was difficult to understand what the person was saying on the phone to direct us where to get the shuttle. A description of this on the reservation confirmation would have been very helpful. Also, we brought our SunPass with us (which we could not use) since they had automatic ones that could not be disabled. The charge for that (which we didn't expect at all) was a flat $35. I was not happy about that. Also, they did not advise us to take a picture of the car's fuel level before we left the lot. So glad we did or they would have charged us (their price) to fill the tank the remainder of the way. Be aware of the things I just mentioned!!

We didn't get the car we asked for and only learned that when we went to the car lot. No explanation or adjustment in rental cost was forthcoming.

I was skeptic about this place but have to say I had no issues at all. Vehicle in great condition and all staff was great.

I only go through 3 tolls for about a total of $3.75. They wanted to charge me $90.00 to activate their toll pass. I said you can get a sunpass at walgreens for $5.00. But to rent their car you have to sign contract that says they can bill you $25.00 if you go through a toll in easy lane. Agent did not tell me my sunpass would not work because they have their sticker on windshield. Most car companies have a box you can turn off or on to use theirs. They knew I was going to get one but failed to tell me it wouldn't work so I went through the toll lane thinking it was working twice but it didn't scan because of their sticker . The tolls totaled $3.25. But I got ticked $25.00 for each toll. When I knew it wasn't working, I paid cash for the other tolls which was$3.75. What a rip off. I waited an hour in line to pick up my car. They are do slow. Go to budget!!!

There was not a lot to like. The site was away from the airport. The pick up vans were jammed with children sitting in parents laps, unsafe. The vans advertised "Young Drivers". That is weird and recriminatory. The line to pick up cars was out the door and only 2 guys to help customers late at night. Each customer check in took too long so the line didn't move. There were unknown additional charges for toll pass and additional drivers. The charges were OK but I would have liked to have known in advance. On the return trip we waited 20 minutes with a pile of people for the van. The van could not fit all the people that had been waiting. Again children were sitting on parents laps. No seat belts. The check tire pressure light was on when we got the car. The car wheels were out of alignment and had a hard shimmy over 40 mph. We reported this when returning the car and did not believe, at all, that anything would be repaired before the next customer drove off in an unsafe car. I did not feel safe in this car and was relieved when we turned it in without incident. The whole thing felt like a 3rd world experience.
