Cons:I got to the airport around 11:50am while my rental was scheduled to be picked up around noon and was told that they have no cars for me . Rental was paid for in full and yet company didn’t hold the vehicle for me but released it prior to another customer. Customer rep for Sixt then informed me that she will put me on a waiting list with remaining clients and I could try back around 3pm. I am disappointed in both Kayak for partnering with Sixt and them for misleading their clients.

Tell people the correct closing times of your drop off facilities and then don’t charge them for an extra day when they abide by them. This company sucks.
