Great service from start to drop off. Price was excellent for a whole week. Car drove very efficiently and was very clean on picking it up. Would recommend this car rental service!

What can I say. This was the worst car I've ever rented. It felt like we were sitting on the ground. Had no guts. It seemed like it needed to be serviced. Oil light came on after driving for a couple of day. I ended up putting oil in it. Didn't want the engine to freeze up. And this was supposed to be an upgrade. Bad joke, we weren't impressed. On the good side, good gas mileage, got us from point A to point B.

Heiki was the best desk agent I’ve ever had. She was at home and treated me in a way that felt special. She really made the whole experience extraordinary. I left things in the car. If the drop off attendant would be so kind as to check the back seat for renters, I bet your lost and found would be simpler. Thanks for asking!
