The car was not user intuitive with all the electronic bells and whistles. I would suggest that at pick up, a person goes through the car with customer showing how to operate everything.

I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency and trying to cancel was virtually impossible due to the fact you can't speak to anyone. I started 3 days before my trip trying to cancel and they finally cancelled my trip the day before and still charged my for the rental, which was not right. I understand the 100.00 cancellation fee but they charged me 380.00 for a car I never picked up. NOT HAPPY! I have contacted them and they wont respond to my email.

I had never heard of your company before this trip; would now recommend. The staff member who checked us in (“The Mark”) was friendly and efficient!! He talked with us about where we were going and gave us recommendations, which turned out great!! I have never experienced that from a car rental agent and really appreciated it!!
