I didn’t like that the pricing was not transparent. The site I booked on only showed me the rental price, the fees/other charges nearly doubled that price. I knew it would be a little more but not double. That’s nuts.

Line was over an hour long to pick up car. Agent tried to up sell full size when we had said no. Confusion on toll device by all customers led to longer pick up time as agents had to explain options
