Drop off was EASY. Airport shuttles were often. I appreciated that the shuttle driver to the airport reminded everyone to check for personal items we may have left in the rentals before he departed.
We enjoyed having the extra room and the passengers liked the comfort and view from the captains chairs.
Cons:Staff was great. Expensive, BUT every company had rates up. Not an issue with National, BUT the industry. Great SUV!!!!
Great experience! Worried about using a intermediary like Kayak and had not used National before. Entire rental went flawless. Was able to see rental on the kayak app as well as the National app. Would do again.
