Everything was super smooth and worth every penny. Crystal and Josh were both especially helpful and super quick with my pickup process. I upgraded to a larger vehicle, but when I came out, there was going to be a slight wait to get one. I went ahead and took the size I had originally reserved because I was in a hurry (plane had been delayed twice) thinking I would straighten it out when I returned. However, upon return, the office had already lowered the cost to the original amount, so there was no follow up visit I needed. Other businesses could learn some tips from the way I was greeted and treated. I will rent from Alamo again.

90 minutes to pick up a car while they tried to upsell every customer. Cleaning guy said they are in commission. Agent got upset and mouthed off at me when I approached the desk and said I don’t need insurance, toll devices, or anything else, just the car.

Terrible! Upon arriving in Denver we shuttled to ace and there was at least a hour wait in line. While standing in line we noticed a sign that no cars were allowed out of the state. So we had to shuttle back to the airport and book another car rental with someone else which obviously took a lot of valuable time. Bottom line we didn’t rent from ace and never will again.

Horrendous. We flew all the way across the county for a special event THAT WE MISSED because budget had us wait for 3 HOURS after our rental pick-up time (and we arrived early) before getting us in a car. There were hundreds of others waiting and never once did anyone from the Budget staff acknowledge their over-booking or address the long wait times. We were told our rental was non-refundable so we couldn’t even cancel and walk across the street to get a car with another service without losing hundreds of dollars. At no point in the booking process, or in the line to pick up were we informed how long the waits were. Budget clearly knows this is a problem because the person who finally did check us in told us it was like that every day. They intentionally overbook themselves to sell more cars and have ZERO regard for people’s experience and situations. Truly a terrible experience. Don’t ever rent from Budget

They were not clear about the method of payment accepted—I had to change my entire vacation to rent a car from them and lose a day in order to drive the vehicle back to the pickup location rather than drop it off in another city as originally planned and booked. I will never rent from enterprise again, I’ve never encountered such issues.

I liked the ease of picking up the car, the thoughtful shuttle to and from the airport, and the gas mileage of the car. Regarding being able to reach someone who worked at the local Enterprise rental, that was really difficult. I needed to ask about how they handled local toll billing and I was unable to talk to anyone even in our country. When I finally was directed, after two unsuccessful attempts, as to how to reach the specific location, I only got their answering machine. It would have been helpful to talk to someone from the specific branch in order to know how they charge for local tolls, as they are all electronic and I couldn't pay for them with cash. It took me an hour to finally find the information on my own on the Enterprise website. I had other questions, too, and the process was difficult.
