Both pickup and drop off were easy and smooth. The lady that helped us pick out the car on pickup was EXCELLENT. Our car was great and just what we needed.

"Compact" doesn't or perhaps shouldn't mean sacrificing expenses on specific car items. For example, when my sister pulled down the passenger visor to fix herself, there was NO MIRROR! Crust!! Although this car got me where it needed me to get to--thank you!--it just seemed like a REALLY laughable car (on your part) that would WANT to force me to upgrade. Kudos (and smart on your part) to you if you intended for that! I had to choose this last minute car. That I got a card, I was happy. The price, however, was a heavy pill I HAD to swallow.
