I bought insurance from a third party. When I got there I was told that was collision insurance and that I had to buy liability insurance which was another $111.00. Afterwards I looked in the paperwork and it said it was a deposit waiver fee. I could have given the $1000 deposit if it was coming back to me. I ended up paying a non refundable fee instead of the refundable deposit. Other than that the experience was really good.

This place was a scam and I can’t believe it was rated high as all I saw were disgusted customers! I never even made it to rent there as the person in front of me was arguing so much and Capital One credit card wouldn’t even go through as they had flagged them as a problem merchant!! Horrible

Totally a scam, this is bs, you should no advertise companies that are a scam, they just want to make extra money from the customers, trying to sale you a liability insurance that others company don’t require, like Avis, fox, hertz and many more, is totally a shame
