Poor experience on pick up, one hour wait for agent Poor experience with car selection, I reserved a Compact and they said no one available so I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FOR THE ONLY ONE MODEL THEY HAD!!! VERY EXPENSIVE DIFFERENCE OUT OF MY BUDGET Poor experience on deliver, very rude people at your parking lot boot I still do not have my Invoice My business partner uses always Avis and was warning me about Hertz rude manners
