I put a 3pm drop off on the order but they changed it to 8am and charged us for 7 extra hours. Incredibly frustrating experience all around. We’ll never go with Dollar again and will tell everyone we know to avoid Dollar

My flight was delayed and by the time I arrived the rental counter was closed, so I had to use Uber and did not get a refund of my deposit.

I had to use ALAMO car rental, the Dollar line was 40 people long and each transaction was taking 20+ minutes. I was visiting an Ill parent and this poor planning / delay on the dollar people was unacceptable. They were the only one with a line. I used alamo and got a great car at a great rate.

They did not honor the reservation I made through Kayak and refused to rent a car to me. My flight from DFW to New Orleans had been cancelled, presumably because of the hailstorm and tornado threat, and I needed a way to get home to work the next morning instead of taking a rebooked flight for the next day. I had to pay several times as much elsewhere to get a car
