The car was different of the one we choose. But they have an acceptable car. The car was not very clean. The good part is that the check in and out was pretty fast.

We ended up cancelling our reservation and renting from hertz. Budget had us wait in line 2 hours for a car before we finally decided to leave.

I needed to drop the car off at a different location, and trying to call and talk to customer service was near impossible. Trying to follow up for a billing issue has also been near impossible.

The wrong mileage and gas amount was listed on the car and it smelled like weed and cigarette smoke so badly we struggled being in the car without feeling nauseous. The car was clearly not checked fully by the team at the airport who received it and then checked it out again. When we called to complain about the vehicle the options they gave us were to drive 3 hours to Dallas to switch out the vehicle or 10% discount. It was by far the worst rental experience I have ever encountered.
